We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's computer networks. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols, architectures, and technologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Design and Implementation:
   • Design and implement network architectures, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
   • Configure and deploy network devices, such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
   • Ensure network scalability, reliability, and security.
2. Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
   • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
   • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups.
   • Analyze and resolve network-related problems, including connectivity issues and performance degradation.
3. Network Security:
   • Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and access controls.
   • Ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations.
   • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
   • Provide training and support to end-users.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures.
   • Generate reports on network performance, security, and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Strong understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and HTTP.
   • Experience with network devices, such as Cisco routers and switches.
   • Familiarity with network security technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
   • Knowledge of network management tools, such as SNMP and NetFlow.
3. Experience:
   • 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.
   • Experience with network design, implementation, and maintenance.
4. Soft Skills:
   • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
   • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
